Questions
Does it renew automatically?
Only if you choose it at checkout. With automatic renewal, the same plan is charged each month or year until you cancel, which you can do any time from the organisation console. Without it, you pay for a month or a year at a time and MapLens reminds your organisation admins in the last week.
What happens when a plan ends?
Everything keeps working for 14 more days. After that your projects become read-only: you can still view and download everything, but not upload or edit. Paying again restores full access at once. See our terms.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from the organisation console. A new plan starts on the day you pay for it.
How can I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and netbanking, through Razorpay. Enterprise plans can also be paid by bank transfer or purchase order; write to billing@hemadri3d.com.
Can I get a refund?
We refund in full if you were charged by mistake. We do not refund unused time. See our refund policy.
Who owns the data?
You do. You can download it at any time while you have access. See our privacy policy.
